About All In
Founder and owner of All In, Holly Maniatty, CI/CT, NIC: Master is a 22-year veteran of interpreting. She is known for her dynamic and energetic interpretations of live music performances. Born in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and educated in Rochester, NY, she holds degrees from RIT and The University of Rochester.
During her career she has gained widespread recognition for her performances at music festivals and concerts, bringing the music to life for Deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences. She has interpreted for a wide range of musicians, including Jay-Z, Wu-Tang Clan, Snoop Dogg, and Bruce Springsteen, and has been featured in numerous media outlets, including The New York Times, The Huffington Post, Rolling Stone, and the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
It was a natural transition from ASL interpreting to accessibility consultation for live events. Over the past decade, Holly has worked to make events accessible, such as; Bonnaroo, Life is Good, Governor’s Ball, Sound on Sound, Music Midtown, and many others.
Holly is able to draw upon her tenure in corporate management to apply her skills in coordination, administration, staff management, and site management. Her attention to detail expands from planning to every patron she interacts with. Never an event passes without a strong connection made with patrons with disabilities, resulting in returning patrons for many years.

Holly Maniatty is a Certified ADA Coordinator, a graduate of FEMA's Incident Workforce Academy, trained as a Disability Disaster Integration Specialist and RID Certified ASL Interpreter Master Level.
